CONCIERGE
This team is your first point of contact on a Sunday morning. If you love welcoming and meeting new people, this is the team for you. Equipped to answer questions and help get our first and second time guests connected. Opportunities to serve include both hospitality and data/administration.
LOGISTICS
This dedicated team ensures that all events are set up and ready to go, helping to prepare our family for an incredible experience. Opportunities to serve vary throughout the week.
ENGAGE KIDS
This team is all about teaching and developing the next generation of Innovative Reconcilers. We create a safe, life-changing environment for kids where they can grow as disciples and learn to love and obey Jesus. Opportunities to serve include children age eight weeks through 5th grade.
WORSHIP
Our Worship Team exists to create an environment of excellent musical and visual worship.
THE SHIP
Responsible for the growth and development of our middle and high school students. With gatherings occuring on Sundays evenings here is where you can give of your time to develop the next generation.
PRODUCTION
The masterminds behind every church service. This team helps create an engaging and high-quality experience using media and technology.
EVENTS
For our special events, worship nights, and any other occasion outside of our usual weekly meetings, the events team is responsible for designing and executing it. If you're experienced in event planning, this team is for you.
STORYTELLING
For the creative, the rebel, the artist. If you love social media, writing, photography, videography, and the likes, this is the team for you.
THE NEHEMIAH INSTITUTE
This team is responsible for the care and development of Innovative Reconcilers. They eagerly hold the weight required to curate the space in which the Nehemiah Institue is held, develop guides, and more.
