These teams exist as a way for you to engage people with the truth and love of Jesus through practical acts of service and to build meaningful relationships while you grow and develop as an Innovative Reconciler.
We want to create an environment where people who don’t know God and aren’t regular church attenders feel welcome and comfortable.
For the creative, the rebel, the artist. If you love social media, graphic design, writing, photography, videography, and the likes, this is the team for you.
STORYTELLING
The masterminds behind every service and event! This team helps create an engaging and high-quality experience using audio and visual technology.
PRODUCTION
This team is all about accomplishing our mission of adding value to the world by launching innovative reconcilers and establishing expressions. If you're interested or passionate about church planting, Mondays at TBD, and expanding our spiritual family from a local to a global movement, this team is for you!
EXPRESSIONS
This team is all about teaching and developing the next generation of Innovative Reconcilers. We provide a safe and fun environment for kids where they can grow to love Jesus and connect with each other for ages 6 months to 5th grade.
ENGAGE KIDS
This team is responsible for curating our Engage Online services. If you’re interested in becoming an online service producer, being behind the camera as a videographer, or enjoy being in front of the camera, this is the team for you!
ENGAGE ONLINE
If you build it, they will come! This dedicated team ensures that everything is set up and ready to go, helping to prepare our family for an incredible church experience.
OPERATIONS
The Engage Church Worship Team exists to create an environment of excellent musical and visual worship for the congregation of Engage Church during services and special occasions.
WORSHIP
This team is all about having a keen eye for details, unfailing follow-up skills, and working behind the scenes to achieve the overall goal of providing an outstanding EXPERIENCE for our guests.
EXPERIENCE
This team is responsible for the continued steps toward healthy growth for individuals by creating spaces to engage God, People and Culture. Those who enjoy caring for others as well as organizing and leading will love being a part of this team.
SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT
This team the first and last point of contact for everyone who comes to Engage! They welcome you, usher you to your seat, answer your questions, and help you get connected! If you are passionate about creating an environment that feels welcoming and helps others get connected and take a next step, this is the team for you!
